Induction Cooktops: A great kitchen innovation (1/4)

If you are renovating your kitchen, you may want to include INDUCTION COOKTOPS in your list of development.
So what is an Induction cooktop?
Induction cooking is cooking without flame. Yes you’ve read it right WITHOUT FLAMES.
While traditional ranges (be it gas or electric types) the burners are heated up. Then you would take the pan on top of the burner so that heat from it will be conducted to cook the food.
Induction cooktops on the other hand uses a technology that involves magnetic fields to induct a warming effect in pots or pans made of steel. This is a different kind of heat generation as compared to electric stoves because it is the one heating up and not the burner
